SUMMARY:Kokkelering med norsk plantekost
DESCRIPTION:Hva er det sunneste\, beste og mest bærekraftige vi i Norge kan spise? Jepp – norsk plantekost. \n \nMen de fleste av oss spiser for lite kål\, gulrot\, pastinakk\, bygg\, squash osv.\, og vet ikke at man kan lage fantastisk smakfull supermat av dette. Nå får du sjansen til å teste og smake. Benedicte Brun\, Martha Brekke og Anna Milford til matkveld på Lystgården\, hvor vi sammen lager og spiser enkle\, men smakfulle middager med norsk plantekost. Her kan du både lære noe nytt og bli inspirert til å lage slik mat hjemme. Passer for både erfarne og uerfarne plantekostkokker\, med aldersgrense 12 år. SUMMARY:Grønt Matkurs
DESCRIPTION:Vi skal ta dere med inn i vår verden av matopplevelser!\n\nVi spesialiserer oss på kreativ matlaging\, med gode smakskombinasjoner i fokus og med rom for å eksperimentere. På kurset skal vi lage mat både med og uten å følge en fast oppskrift\, vi skal eksperimentere med krydderier\, smaker og råvarer og lage en smakfull og plantebasert treretters (minst!) sammen. Det hele ender i et sosialt måltid rundt langbordet i finstuen. Du er velkommen alene eller sammen med venner. Målet er at du skal få kunnskap og inspirasjon som gjør det lettere å lage plantebasert mat hjemme hos deg selv. \nPRIS: 400 kr inkl 1 glass eplemost\, matkurs og måltid.\nVi har en fleksibel prismodell fordi vi ønsker at alle skal kunne ha anledning til å være med\, uansett økonomisk situasjon. Vi foreslår 400 kr. Men du kan også velge mindre. Og har du lyst til å klinke til med en større donasjon er det bare å endre tallet til et høyere : ) Du er uansett velkommen til en framtidslysten kveld i Lystgården \nDet er plass til 16 stk på kurset. \nOM SMAKSVERKSTEDET\nSmaksverkstedet arrangerer matglade kurs og aktiviteter med næringsrik og bærekraftig mat. På Smaksverkstedet kan man eksperimentere med gode smaker og råvarer\, og oppleve matglede i fellesskap. Vanligvis holder vi kurs for barn og barnefamilier men denne dagen klinker vi til med et kurs kun for voksne. Prosjektet er utviklet av en sosiale entreprenøren Folkelig. \nOM LYSTGÅRDEN /OM PROSJEKTET\nLystgården er en allmenning for FNs bærekraftsmål\, der hjertet av virksomheten handler om mat\, kultur og samfunnsendring. Lystgården er startet av Bærekraftige liv på Landås og holder til i et fredet lyststed på Landås. \nVelkommen til en matglad kveld på Lystgården.

SUMMARY:BIO: pop-up kino «The biggest little farm»
DESCRIPTION:Blant de mange dokumentarene som de siste årene har vært laget om landbruk og matproduksjon\, er THE BIGGEST LITTLE FARM et friskt pust med fokus på muligheter og løsninger.  \n \nNår filmskaper John Chester og konen Molly får en utkastelsesordre fra sin lille leilighet i Santa Monica\, blir de tvunget til å velge mellom å kvitte seg med den bjeffende hunden Todd eller flytte ut av byen. Ekteparet kjøper seg 80 hektar land for å oppfylle drømmen om å etablere en økologisk gård som drives i pakt med naturen. Det viser seg å være enklere sagt enn gjort\, men med hjelp av nestor Alan York lærer de om jordbruk og biologisk mangfold. \nProblemene på gården dukker opp ett etter ett\, men naturen har en løsning for det meste så lenge man legger til rette for at den skal kunne utfolde seg.
